BONE FITNESS TRAINING
Individual and group fitness training with light dumbbells, resistance bands, walking poles, yoga and dance. Emphasis on mobility, dynamic balance, muscle strength and posture alignment. Every exercise has a purpose and applicability to real-world living.

I'm on a mission to help aging adults build bone and balance for falls and fracture prevention.
My interest in bone health started when my mother fell and broke her hip in 2012 and again in November 2024. I saw first hand how hip surgery repaired the broken bones. But left my mom fractured and unable to walk again. She lost her independence, zest for life and quality of life.
A certified (200-hour) yoga instructor, avid pole walker and salsa dancer, I have acquired the most up-to-date, specialized Bone Fitness and Falls Prevention leader training to deliver innovative programs in older adult communities:
